This weekend away promises to ‘empower you to begin making changes that will enable you to live a more relaxed, happy and authentic life, regardless of your life situation.’

The Experiencing Life Creatively, Journey towards Inner Healing retreat takes place from 25-27 October. This weekend away promises to “empower you to begin making changes that will enable you to live a more relaxed, happy and authentic life, regardless of your life situation.” It will help you on a gentle journey back to you, so that you will, “Gain insight into your incredible being; begin to understand the rhythms and patterns that often block progress and limit your sense of inner peace; learn to trust your inner guide – your intuition; and find the bliss that empowers us to be the best we can be in all life situations.”

Make sure you bring: a photograph of yourself between the ages of two and five years old (this is crucial as it will begin the journey work); a few pens and pencils; a hardcover book and a clipboard for writing exercises. Plus any home comforts and refreshments that will help you to relax into your journey.
