During her comeback show in Atlantic City, Beyoncé spilled the beans on how she lost her post-baby fat.
It was the question on most Beyoncé fans' lips: how did the Crazy In Love singer manage to lose all that weight after giving birth to her daughter Blue Ivy Carter? The star got chins wagging in February when she made her first public appearance since giving birth in January dressed in a red figure-hugging Alice By Temperley cocktail dress.
Many suspected the star had resorted to the maple syrup diet that she used during the filming of Dreamgirls, but she laid all rumours to rest during her three concert long return to the stage at Revel Beach Ovation Hall in Atlantic City.
The Single Ladies star shared her post-pregnancy regime to the audience:
"Y'all have no idea how hard I worked," the 30-year-old told her fans. "I had to lose 60 pounds (about 27kg). They had me on that treadmill. I ate lettuce!"
She then went on to show off all her hard work in a series of sexy and spectacular custom-made Ralph & Russo designs that highlighted her slimmed down, toned form.
According to Us Weekly, the star also exclaimed to fans, "Now tonight I'm gonna get chocolate wasted!"
Spurring Beyoncé on from the sidelines were her hubby Jay-Z and her mentor, America's First Lady Michelle Obama. Obama attended the Friday night concert along with her two daughters Malia (13) and Sasha (10).
