Lushwill Rossouw was the last man standing in this year's Bar-One Man Hunt reality TV series which put contestants' physical and mental fitness to the test. As a result he walked away with prizes to the value of R1 million.

Rossouw, who orginiates from Wellington in the Western Cape, is a personal trainer – which explains how he keeps in such great shape.
