I lodged a complaint with your subscriptions department about the late arrival of my Destiny Copy for October. My complaint was handled by a very helpful gentleman in the subs department. Though he explained that the possible delays may have been caused by many factors; beyond the Destiny Team’s control! He gave me the assurance that, the department was going to re-send my copy and he confidently assured me that I was going to receive my copy within 5 working days. Those addicted to Destiny Magazine would understand what I mean! ‘Can’t wait for the next copy syndrome’!
Well to cut the long story short - 3 days later my copy was delivered and I found it within my morning mail in my office!
