First and foremost all thanks to almighty God that i am able to write this. And I trust that it will hopefully reach at least one person - and if you that person Amen. And if not - maybe you have a friend that is waiting to hear or read what is in hear. This wont be long and not the full story- just what you need to know.
I tell you now - this is no infomerical this is not a tirck this is true. I am not pushing any products and if anything I will tell you i dont trust what those people put in their products. When you go in to a shop to buy a Fat Buring product and it reads may casue Heart paplpitations or dont take after this hour - you must wonder what is in that.
And at the same time how many of these products have been for testing.
There are alot of these products on the shelf that HAVE not being TESTED!
So in not so many words.
I imagine for some of you - you may not be able to play with your child the way you would like to?
You may not be able to make love to your partner the way you would like to?
You run out of breath at times when you just going up a couple of stairs?
YOU ARE TIRED OF PEOPLE STARING AT YOU!
And lets not forget the chauffing - we all know about that one?
Truth is WHEN you want to make that CHANGE you have to know what you getting yourself in2?
I didn't know and my journey was harder for other medical reasons.
But life is not necessarily better on the other side - it is not different - the only difference is you have other obstacles and you have to deal with those as well.
But what I have learnt and taught myelf from the beginning is this - we each have a reason and a purpose in life - and when we walk towards it and if you a person of faith (Amen brother Jesus) he makes your journey that much easier because no matter what you go through he has paved they way for you already. Amen.
No matter what hardships you go through it is to prepare you for the journey that lies ahead.
I have learnt from Creflo Dollar that as a Christian one should have a Fearless attitude. And that fear is not from God.
I also believe and wiling to debate (if you got evidence) that nowhere in the Bible it says that "God ONLY helps people who help themselves? 1 reason is this - if your faith is lacking or if you do not know certain scriptures or gifts of faith - you need someone to show you - or for the Lord Jesus to bring that person into your life - that will show you the way - or guide you - or give you that missing piece to the puzzle that joins ALL THE OTHERS.
WE all have choices in life - and God gives us that choice. I BELIEVE that God gave us the ability to enjoy our bodies the
way we see fit and most importantly to take care of it the way we want to,
With that said - be careful with what you read and eat with regards to weight loss - and that maybe something is on the way to help you get there. Its complicated but I do not believe in Weight Loss the way they portray it in the general media. And if you are going to buy that Fat burner think - just maybe if I hold on to this money and Invest in myself something or someone will come through and show me the way.
We all have dreams and aspirations and should never jump into anything quickly. A good product utilises alot of resources and R and D and sometimes there just isn't enough time and one has to join the workforce before they find out what it takes to "manufacture that product".
I am my product.
And the results are only half the story.
Shirt size: xxl - m (S is a bit too much of a muscle fit but does fit me)
Shorts size: 48 - 36 (think can fit into a 34 (one has to be comfortable!)
Jeans: 48 - 36 But did where tracksuit pants XXXL and stretched as couldnt get jeans and just felt comfortable!!!
Weight loss and body fat decrease not important - but ALOT...
So before you go for that treatment - or buy that product - ask yourself does that person know what you go through everyday - do they know what it takes to get rid of what you have to get rid of- do they know of the long nights and days - and fitting into those jeans - and for the ladies if you have a man PLEASE REMEMBER ONE THING.
WHEN YOU ASK YOUR MAN "BABY DO I LOOK BIG / FAT IN THIS - WE ARE ALL SCARED BECAUSE WE DO NOT KNOW WHAT 2 SAY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY YOU HAVE ALREADY MADE UP YOUR MIND!! AND A BROTHER DOESN'T WANT TO GET INTO TROUBLE. THE MAN IS WITH YOU - HE WANTS YOU - JUST LOVE YOURSELF A LITTLE BIT MORE AND YOU WILL MAKE HIS JOB EASIER!!!
Anything and everything worth having is worth investing in. Invest in the best and you will receive the best results. And most important you have to be willing to make the time to get the results.
Another thing brother Creflo Dollar says that people always making excuses that they too busy for Church. I mean you know a week in advance when Church is? Where Church is? Church hasn't gone anywhere - you have?
You can have a function on this day and a party that other day - but you know come Sunday its Church.
And all those people not Church all is good - you believe what you beleive in - and to all my Muslim brothers and sisters ;
