Finding Your Weight Loss Success: Part 2: 2 Diet and Exercise Someone Doing It Right!
A couple of weeks ago I met a beautiful woman who has just recently lost some weight and looking good and feeling better about herself... She has always been beautiful to me and what hit me about seeing her was that "it was as if they discovered some secret recipe or something" To my eyes there was a Bigger difference in her SMILE than in her physical appearance... There is an energy one gives off when they feel good, when you are in that good space, and that is why over and over I stress that it is a lifestyle and everything in the world is connected.. What is she doing... Before I get there let me touch on what she used to do that I totally disagreed with and still disagree with.... What she was doing...? Measuring their food? Measure food? Cooking is emotional and thats why every man knows that if your woman is going to cook for you - you make sure that she is the HAPPIEST WOMAN in the WORLD - because there is one universal truth - FOOD TASTES DIFFERENT WHEN IT IS MADE OUT OF LOVE AND WHEN THERE IS SOME DRAMA BEHIND IT. If you making food and stressing about measurements or that other stuff MMMM... that stress goes into that food. And thats why master-chefs have good music in their kitchens but most importantly music that allows them to be creative and create a masterpiece... Now for some people that is good - and you keep on keeping on with that. ...What is she doing now... Eating healthy food and exercising. No strict diet just eating as many fruits and vegetables as possible. Not counting the calories but being aware of how MUCH THAT THEY ARE EATING... NO WEIGHING!!!! Eating fish and chicken and minimizing red meat. Still eating it - some people tell me that they don't red meat at all. And they do not eat it because they want to lose weight. And all I can think of is - red meat did not make you gain weight - red meat is your friend:-) And to think that red meat is a scapegoat for weight gain? Just make sure you buy the right cut at your local supermarket or butchery. Quality is very important! ...Diet and Exercise: Verdict... This is a sure winner from my point of view. Personally - I was 91kg's a couple of weeks ago and now about 98kg's. My body fat is lower at 98kg's than it was at 91kg's and I still fit into my 36 Jeans... The day I start measuring food - I know that I am not in my kitchen or I am trying to cook something for somebody and there is a high chance of something going wrong... It would be easier and more palatable to get a friend that can cook that dish... The last thing needed in the kitchen is stress and smoke... She said the Magic Word And one magic word the person said to me that got me to believe that she had found her WEIGHT LOSS SUCCESS. After reading so many things in women's magazines over the years and going from x diet to y diet - she said its a LIFESTYLE. And I said its about time... :-) And she is not in her 20's or 30's or 40's.. It is not right to give out a woman's age... So it is never too late to start... Start in YOUR TIME!!!! Never Give Up... its a LIFESTYLE!!!! God Bless!!!!
