I have touched on thermogenic fat burners and some of their side effects and that i have been on them in the past and do not use any more for my own reasons and will never again...

But i have also said that i know people who swear by the results that they achieve and that is a beautiful thing.. For i am not a person to say what is wrong or what is right all i ever do when speaking with people is say what i would do in their situation and what i have done - and the results are there for themselves...

With regards to Simply Slim i came across an article on Hello Peter  and the lady had spent an amount of about R10 000 on her health because of the pill and another had praised its efficacy and had asked a friend or family member to buy her some more as it was the last day that it would be on the shelf...

And i mean those two stories are very different. That is a huge contrast if anything. One praising the pill and the other with their health at risk.

Now what happens is the country is in a frenzy and you have magazines writing on Simply Slim and it being a headline.. The truth is this another wonder pill will come out and there will be more drama coupled with successes...

What people need to understand is it is a lifestyle and you will only get to where you need to be in life by loving yourself first.. Now that might entail a heart to heart with yourself and telling the truth but there people whose diet is not in agreement with the way they would like to look there are people whose lifestyle is not in agreement with the way they would like to live...

Love yourself and the rest will follow! It takes time but you will get there...
