Hanlie Raath has a Masters Degree in Social Work (Wits) and has reached over 8 000 people with her groupwork interventions. As a psychotherapist, she specialises in all aspects of relationship management: individual, couples, families and business groups. She published a personal empowerment book: The New Paradise: Making Intimacy Real (Red Nolan/Double Storey) in 2004.

She has worked with various organisations for over seven years in the areas of Leadership development, Coaching, Change management, Diversity management and EAP consultancy including Standard bank and Eskom, and now more recently with Investec Specialist Bank and Asset Managers.

Andeline Williams-Pretorius

Andeline’s Motivational Training was established in 2004. Since its inception, the organisation has been involved in various community uplifment projects. After moving to Gauteng, Andeline’s Motivational Training continued the work with offenders at the Johannesburg Correctional Services and have been approached by Krugersdorp Correctional Services to start the program there as well. Andeline’s Motivational Training hosts regular workshops on self-esteem and assertiveness and the Wellness & Networking Event for Women.
