Q&A of the Day View all
Question: I always get pimples on my chin that time of the month. What can I do to prevent this?
CANDICE-LEE SAYS: Hormones are most likely responsible for these monthly outbreaks. The chin and jaw line are usually the areas that react at this time of the month. Resist the temptation to squeeze any spots, as this will only make things worse. Find a reputable beauty therapist and have monthly deep-cleansing facials – this will prevent pore blockages and once your pores are clean, there can be no breakouts as only a blocked pore can get infected.
