We’re big fans of Queen B’s style and we’ll lap up most of what she throws our way when it comes to fashion – that’s how much we trust her sense of style! But at this weekend’s Mamas (above left), we were sorely disappointed to see her in a hideous green frock. Channelling Princess Jasmine of Aladdin fame, Bonang’s ensemble was way too dramatic, bordering on costume-like. DJ Zinhle (above right) switched it up and went for a navy pant suit. We like this outfit, mainly because it stayed away from the ball-gown cliché, which too many stars went for.

Nomzamo Mbatha (above left) was serving up loads of sexiness in this black gown. The velvet was bang on trend for winter, but we think the former Isibaya actress lost it when it came to her shoe selection. Minnie Dlamini (above right) sizzled in a black, sheer dress. We do wish the TV presenter had gone for something out of the ordinary and not played it so safe.

5 FM radio host Thando Thabethe (above left) and Khloe Kardashian (above right) opted for natural and nude tones. Khloe’s dress would have been a stunner — if only she had taken the time to iron out the wrinkles.

Nhlanhla Nciza (above left) and Nondumiso Tembe (above right) wore similar dresses. The caramel coloured beauties both wore turquoise-hued gowns. While Nondumiso accessorised hers with beads and bangles, Nhlanhla kept it simple and low key, with only an over-sized ring.  We’d love to know who you think rocked it best?
