With a career spanning work at Miu Miu and Prada to Chanel and Revlon, Natalie Bader, the President of the cosmetic group Clarins, is the right person to talk about building and maintaining a successful brand. In a conversation with Ndalo Media CEO, Khanyi Dhlomo, Bader reveals what it takes to turn a brand around and how to differentiate yourself from your competitors.
“My strategy is always based on coming back to the roots and uniqueness of a brand and expressing it very clearly to the customer – this is key,” she said.
