A recent survey by the MasterStart South African Workforce Barometer found only 23,8% of respondents were completely confident that their current skills would see them employed for the next 10 years.
The same survey also found that respondents are opening to evolve their skills in order to remain relevant.
About 95% of people surveyed were open to lifelong learning, with 80% planning to study in the future.
