Co-founder and MD of Ziyana Business Consulting & Training, a consultancy that assists small, medium and large organisations in building a value-based working environment. She also co-founded ShePowers SA, an NPO which works with strategic partners to advocate women empowerment in Africa. With organisational experience from Coca-Cola, SABCO, Schaffler, Bidvest Facilities Management, CSIR and Bidvest Steiner, Tshanga was a 2016 finalist for the HR Director of the Year and HR Rising Star of the Year through TOPCO and Future of HR sponsored by Careers24 and the SA Board of People Practices (SABPP).
