She has 19 years experience within the short term insurance market, with experience in claims management, underwriting, sales, marketing and communications and drafting contracts. One of her key strengths is in business growth and nurturing development of skills in others, this strength is reflected in her transformational leadership qualities. Thokozile has been an Executive Manager at Sasria SOC for ten years. She is a member of the Fire Protection Association Board of Directors and is the Audit, Risk, and Compliance Board Committee Chairperson at the Fire and Protection Association. She previously served as the Head of Education portfolio at the Insurance Institute of Gauteng before being nominated as Vice-President in 2016. In 2017 she was nominated as the Deputy President of the same organisation.
