Jazzy Folk Soul Singer-Songwriter Pilani Bubu is set share in a select repertoire of her music from albums: ‘Journey of A Heart’-(2012), ‘Warrior of Light’-(2016) and her latest release ‘Folklore -Chapter 1’-(2019). Pilani Bubu is has a unique style and voice with a cohesive global sound fused with: folk, soul, jazz, and funk. Her voice & music is old souled with a catchy cross-over appeal. She’s a storyteller at heart and an intentional performer.

Bubu has graced the stages of festivals and music venues around the world, Nigeria, Ghana, Mozambique, Kenya, United States, France, United Kingdom, Romania and her more recent highlights at the Live In Accra Jazz Festival (Ghana), Jazz on The Roof Top (Romania), and Ploiesti Jazz Festival (Romania). In just over a week’s time, she gives us her all with an exclusive livestream concert at 20h00 pm CAT. On the bandstand one can expect, Luke Van Der Merwe (Guitars), Sipho Mabena (Bass), Lungile Kunene (Drums), Thami Mahlangu (Tenor Saxophone) and Xoliswa Mjekula (Backing Vocals).
